Looks like Chris Brown is in trouble again folks. It seems like h can never catch a break when it comes to the law. Chris Brown is reportedly going to be charged as early as this afternoon for stealing a fan's iPhone in Miami. This is only the latest trouble for the R&B singer.
Apparently, if Brown is charged, he will be heading back to jail as it would be a violation of his probation.
According to Media Take Out, Florida authorities are planning to file formal charges against Chris and will ask that he turn himself in by the end of the day. He faces up to 5 years in jail due to his past criminal offense of physically abusing Rihanna.
It's kind of crazy that Chris Brown may be going back to jail because everything seemed to be going well for him up until he performed at the Grammys. Since then, it's been nothing but negativity and string of bad luck.
Whether you believe that Chris stole the iPhone or not, you can't say that he hasn't worked hard to reform his image these past few years. For all anyone knows, this fan could just be a fame seeker and could easily be framing Chris Brown for something he didn't even do.
